About Me

I’m an 18-year-old engineering student currently completing my national diploma in electrical and electronic engineering. I have a strong practical and technical foundation, combined with real-world workplace experience in customer service, operations and team leadership.

Experience

Customer Operations Assistant — Wyre Council

October 2025 – Present

Working for Wyre Council at Marine Hall has allowed me to develop strong customer service and operational skills in a live events environment. Whilst the role may seem straightforward, delivering events safely and efficiently requires constant focus, teamwork and the ability to adapt quickly when situations arise. I have gained experience working behind the venue’s bars and in an office environment where I have supported tasks such as managing and dating incoming stock, maintaining accurate stock records, assisting with venue changeovers and supporting box office operations.

Crew Member — McDonald’s

September 2024 – November 2025

McDonald’s has allowed me to gain a multitude of skills through working with the public as well as the extensive technology that we rely on to prepare and deliver your orders. On the face of it, the job may seem simple but there is so much that can go wrong so easily that you must be constantly equipped to repair equipment on the go and find creative solutions to unique problems.

Customer Assistant — D&S Fisheries

June 2024 – September 2024

At D&S Fisheries I was responsible for preparing customer orders to their specification, this included gutting, skinning, de-boning and filleting the fish, weighing the portion sizes, preparing our pre-packaged products, restocking the store and cleaning at the start and end of each day.

Interests

I have a broad range of interests and hobbies, everything from computer science to video games. I enjoy games that allow me to think systematically and require a level of problem solving so there is a challenge involved. I enjoy coding in a range of languages from HTML, CSS and JS as well as Python and I am starting to learn how to program in other languages such as PHP. These skills are both fun to do in my free time but also allow me to learn about critical infrastructure that keeps the world spinning.
