Engineering Student & Developer
I’m a 17-year-old student currently studying Electrical & Electronic Engineering at B&FC. I’m passionate about technology, problem-solving, and building creative solutions—from 3D-printed hardware to coding applications in my spare time. Whether it’s writing code, designing in AutoCAD, or fixing broken equipment on the fly, I love understanding how systems work.
Crew Member – McDonald’sSept 2024 – Present
McDonald’s has allowed me to gain a multitude of skills through working with the public as well as the extensive technology that we rely on to prepare and deliver your orders. On the face of it, the job may seem simple but there is so much that can go wrong so easily that you must be constantly equipped to repair equipment on the go and find creative solutions to unique problems.
Customer Assistant – D&S FisheriesJune 2024 – Sept 2024
At D&S Fisheries I was responsible for preparing customer orders to their specification, this included gutting, skinning, de-boning and filleting the fish, weighing the portion sizes, preparing our pre-packaged products, restocking the store and cleaning at the start and end of each day
I have a broad range of interests and hobbies, everything from computer science to video games. I enjoy games that allow me to think systematically and require a level of problem solving so there is a challenge involved.
I enjoy coding in a range of languages from HTML, CSS and JS as well as Python and I am starting to learn how to program in other languages such as PHP. These skills are both fun to do in my free time but also allow me to learn about critical infrastructure that billion-dollar corporations rely on to keep on running.
I can express my creativity through coding as there is no limitation to what you can create. With my engineering course, I have learnt how to create 3D and 2D models which I use all the time with my 3D printer to create exciting projects.
